He becomes a smuggler of illegal drugs that improve the living conditions of the patients. Both Ron and Rayon create the “Dallas Buyers Club” and distribute prescription drugs to the members of the Club and the AIDS community.

MPAA Rating: R (pervasive language, some strong sexual content, nudity and drug use)

Review: This movie was amazing and eye opening. It also told a story of a man who would never give up. Throughout the movie, Ron Woodroof pushes himself to the limit to help members of the homosexual community receive proper treatment because the FDA is turning a blind eye to the fact that AZT was not successful in curing AIDS. Both Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto won Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor respectfully at the 2014 Oscars. The make-up department also won an Oscar for Best Make-Up. I give this movie 3 out of 4 stars.
